Grand Pointe Conference and Reception Center opened in the Fall of 2006. In the years since we have grown to become the largest full-service event venue in the Mid-Ohio Valley. Our Executive Chef and General Manager, Chad Winebrenner has been with our team for 8 years.
We are proud that we have the same management team now that we did before Covid hit because we believe that continuity is key to providing a great experience for all of our customers.
At Grand Pointe, we focus on creating an atmosphere for your special event that is both elegant and welcoming. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with a memorable experience every time you visit us.
Our award-winning catering services are second to none. We offer full-service catering for any event from five people to five hundred people with an extensive list of menu options that will satisfy even the most discriminating tastes. Our professional servers will ensure your guests are well taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your special occasion!
Meet Our Team
CIENNA VAN DYKE - DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS
Cienna has been overseeing Grand Pointe since 2009, and loves handling all the special occasions in your life. In addition, she recently took on the job of overseeing the newest additions to the PMC family, the Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express Mineral Wells and Wings Etc. in Vienna. Her husband, Dan Van Dyke, is CFO for the PM Company. They are the proud parents of four sons.
CHAD WINEBRENNER - EXECUTIVE CHEF & GENERAL MANAGER
Originally from Columbus, OH, Chef Chad Winebrenner gained his classical training in State College, PA as well as East Lansing, MI, under ACF Certified Executive Chefs. He then worked in fine dining steak houses and country clubs, and as Executive Chef of Dining Services in the international home offices of Abercrombie & Fitch, and The Wendy’s Company.
Chef Chad has been the Executive Chef at Grand Pointe Conference and Reception Center since May of 2014. He specializes in American comfort foods as well as BBQ and slow roast preparations. He is also a Managing Partner of the PM Company’s Wings Etc. in Vienna. He and his wife Tonya keep their hands full at home as the proud parents of quadruplets!
Kylie Golden- Sales and Event Coordinator
Kylie Golden graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management, concentrating in Weddings and Ceremonies. She’s also a certified Professional Wedding Planner, through the Bridal Society. Her most recent position was with the Wedding and Events Department for Andrew Jackson’s The Hermitage. She is proud of the strong team at GP, and her favorite thing about her job? “I love seeing everyone’s reaction! Knowing that they are having a great time and enjoying themselves means I have done my job.”
Janelle Cheuvront- Banquet Captain
Janelle Cheuvront has worked for Grand Pointe on and off, in various roles, since 2014. She recently rejoined us as Banquet Captain. Janelle appreciates the variety of people she meets in this job, and says, “An event is just one night to us, but it’s everything to our guests. I’m happy to handle the details from start to finish, so your event will be perfect.”
